Thanks for the prompt attention. It is a Zodiac TR2D. Also, the float valve assembly always comes loose and floats to the top pushing the filter basket out of its seat.

Hi. I found you while surfing the web to solve my problem. My automatic cleaner gets stuck on the main drain all the time and while moving about the pool, it doesn't lay flat. Does this sound like anything you're familiar with?
